This is not about $10.00, it is about a large corporation getting funds from me, you and maybe 10's of thousands of others (remember they are all over the world www) and maybe hoping we will go away with our persistent emails asking for a response. This seems to be evident with their long delays in answering emails.
Even when I promised them I was going to tell all about my experiences with them and promote it to the top of Google and others if they did not get back to me by a certain date, will the didn't; so it is up. I also stated once I publish www.cellphone-etc.com it will stay up.
Firstly, I purchased a new Apple 3Gs (November 2009) which I took back to Apple Stores in West Edmonton Mall, Edmonton, Alberta in January 2010. They ran a large bank of checks and confirmed the iPhone was not giving an erroneous reading. The problem was with Nimbuzz software.
The iPhone screen advised "$10.00 credit on Nimbuzz" but each time I tried to use them, I was asked to create an new account and deposit funds (again).
Nimbuzz would take about 1 month to answer their emails, ask yourself, is this a company you wish to deal with in this instant messaging world?
I would receive a somewhat "Canned reply" ask the question again and wait for someone to type a reply to your actual question. They would not admit there was a problem and hinted that I must be doing something incorrectly.
I deleted and reloaded their program 3 times on iPhone.
When I asked for my money back because 3 months had gone by without them repairing the problem or conversing with me other than simple "canned replies" and I no longer required them, I made without them (I was on holidays for a few months, Mexico and Panama). Their reply is unacceptable due to the long time in waiting for them to repair the situation, which is still not resolved.

Ask yourself, what if your iPhone is one of the new ones that is not compatible with them, your money too is like the great movie "Gone In The Wind"
