Firstly, I purchased a new Apple 3Gs (November 2009) which I back to Apple Stores in West Edmonton Mall, Edmonton, Alberta in January 2010. They ran a large bank of their checks and confirmed the phone is not in error.
This was done because I was unable to use the advertised benefits of having an "Nimbuzz" account with a credit showing on the screen, every time I tried to use them, I am asked to create an account (again).
It has taken Nimbuzz over 1 month to answer emails, ask yourself, is this a company you wish to deal with in this instant message world?
When I asked for my money back because 3 months had gone by without them repairing the problem or conversing with me other than simple "canned replies" and I no longer required them, I made without them (I was on holidays for a few months, Mexico and Panama). There reply is unacceptable due to the long time in waiting for them to repair the situation, which is still not resolved.
"Nimbuzz
has a strict 'no refunds' policy and all sales are final.
There are no refunds unless there is an extended system-wide outage of service
encompassing all of the following: local access, toll-free access, domestic
termination, and international termination, or other system failures as
determined by Nimbuzz BV at its sole discretion.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need further assistance.

Ask yourself, what if my iPhone is one of the new ones that is not compatible with them, my money is like the great movie "Gone In The Wind"
